Responsibilities :
Coordinate the invoicing and dispatch of goods to the customers.
Keep proper records of transactions on an ERP - Odoo
Generate weekly reports of sales performance for management
Send accurate statements of accounts to customers and ensure timely collection of dues in collaboration with the sales team.
Keep an accurate record of purchases and manage all accounts payables
Review and reconcile the accounts of the company including bank accounts
File monthly taxes and other statutory obligations

Job Requirements
Hold a university degree, preferably in the business field.
Minimum Intermediate Level of CPA qualification
2 years relevant business experience
Experience using an ERP
