Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field would be advantageous.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a food firm
Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data tracking.
Solid understanding of food safety standards and practices, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and local regulatory requirements.
Strong observational skills with the ability to quickly and accurately identify defects or inconsistencies in product quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for clear reporting, documentation, and effective staff training.
