Specific responsibilities and duties:
Address immediate customer complaints.
Prepare sales invoices and cash sale receipts.
Ensure sales invoices are based on customer local purchase orders and entered into the system during the same period.
Where an order is not supplied in full, a note should be made to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Prepare periodical sales summaries, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Proven sales/marketing skills and experience.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.
