QUALIFICATION

Must hold a professional accounting qualification: CPA (T) or ACCA, A bachelor’s degree in accounting,
Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline is required.
A master’s degree in finance and strategic management is an added advantage.
Formal certification in data visualization and graphic presentation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or
Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or investor relations,preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong background in financial forecasting, capital planning, and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with Tanzanian media and regulatory environment (e.g., BOT, TCRA, TRA, etc.).
