Qualifications and experience
Qualification as a Registered advocate
Experience with CMA and corporate legal counsel
Experience on Change management
Experience on Perfomance management and appraisal best in class models
Experience being Conversant with Public relations
Experience on creation of policies and procedures
Familiar with HR ERPs.
HR leading experience for a +150 contracted employees
Incidences where they have demonstrated Strong Coaching and leadership skills
Must be a bale to demonstrate strong ownership of the department functions and a team player.
