Responsibilities

Ensure safe work practice i.e. attending compulsory safety courses and meetings, and ensuring total adherence to all Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Policies.
To coordinate both production and development deliverables while simultaneously facilitating the upskilling and professional growth of the workforce through training and development of the Supervisors
Implement the standards for the Underground Mining Department for the projects and be accountable for the standards being met for all outputs.
Skills / Knowledge Requirements:

Knowledge of mentoring employees from diverse backgrounds
Adequate skillset to operate all underground machines for training purposes
Exposure to automation within the underground environment
