The ideal candidate must:
Hold a university degree in social sciences, international development, project management, or related fields.
Have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in development cooperation or community-based programmes.
Demonstrate strong personality, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to challenge traditional cultural norms where necessary to promote women and youth inclusion.
Be fluent in English and Swahili; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
Have excellent interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills.
Be proactive, flexible, and committed to LVIA’s values and the goals of Kijani Pemba.
