Duties and Responsibilities:
Type standard and confidential letters, reports, and documents.
Receive and assist visitors with their inquiries, directing them to appropriate sections.
Maintain records of events, appointments, visitors, meeting dates, supervisor’s trips, and other work schedules.
Retrieve and distribute required files and documents.
Collect, store, and return files and documents to relevant sections.
Prepare meeting agendas and arrangements.
Compile lists of required office equipment.
