Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing construction projects.
Proficient in creating and reviewing 3D drawings and structural plans (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software).
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Strong command of construction budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards.
