Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and operational processes effectively.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with operations software/tools is a plus.
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
