Qualifications and Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine actuarial analyses, including data preparation for pricing, reserving, and risk assessments.
Assist in developing and validating pricing models, ensuring alignment with actuarial standards and risk profiles.
Analyze actuarial data, such as claims experience, healthcare costs, and demographic trends, to support pricing and product development.
Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized university.
Diploma in Actuarial Science or Insurance from a recognized institution (e.g., Tanzania School of Insurance) is highly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the collection, verification, and analysis of programmatic data from supported sites
Assist in preparing and submitting reports for key indicators across various reporting platforms (e.g., DHIS2, Macro 3, Power BI, and SharePoint)
Help in tracking performance indicators and updating regional monitoring tools
Participate in routine data quality assessments and site support activities
Collaborate with program and M&E staff to follow up on missing or inconsistent data
Qualifications
To be successful, you will have:
A degree or diploma in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Previous experience (internship or volunteer) in MEL or data management is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Program Responsibilities

Provide technical support to child protection teams including capacity building and support for activities and updating of deliverable CP project.
Regular and timely updating of deliverable for all CP projects in the Grant Management System, ensuring the grants management filing system is maintained
Coordinate, compile, review, and edit all project reporting (both internal and external), ensuring high quality and timely report submission in line with donor compliance requirements, managing monthly and quarterly reports.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, Political Science, Gender and Development, Social science studies, and other relevant fields in well recognized college or university (preferred)
