Who Should Apply?

We are looking for someone who is:

Completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Fine Arts, Film, or related field.
Proficient in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Illustrator.
Comfortable with basic photography and video (smartphone or DSLR).
Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Interested in social impact, youth empowerment, and nonprofit communication.

Responsibilities:
Edit short and long-form video content, primarily talking head footage
Repurpose content into platform-specific formats (e.g., reels, shorts, clips)
Add captions, transitions, text overlays, and basic animations
Collaborate with the team to shape visual storytelling for our coaching brand
Ensure timely delivery with attention to detail and brand consistency
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in video editing
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Riverside, and Canva
Strong understanding of social media formats and editing styles
Basic animation skills (After Effects or Motion preferred)
High level of self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail
Comfortable working fully remotely with a reliable tech setup
