Desirable skills (not required):

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields is preferred: Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, Cybersecurity
Familiarity with Windows Server and cloud-based systems (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience troubleshooting boot errors, user profile corruption, and system crashes.
Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, or Python is a significant advantage.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
Masters’ degree in related fields is an added advantage
Must possess at least one professional certification e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT audit, Cybersecurity audit, or IT Risk management.
At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role, managing teams, and leading ICT and Cybersecurity initiatives.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution. Knowledge of scripting languages and Python programming language is added advantage. Professional Certification such as CISSP, CEH, CPENT and CCNA Security is an added advantage.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
Work Experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payments, digital banking, or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystems, including mobile money, card payments, real-time payments, and emerging fintech trends.
• Experience in managing partnerships with FINTECHs, payment aggregators, and third-party service providers.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing digital payments, cybersecurity, and financial services.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic banking environment.
