Experience in debt collection or related credit recovery work is strongly encouraged

High level of integrity, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently

Must be goal-oriented, persistent, and well-organised

Key Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Credit Management, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in credit collections or recovery, preferably in microfinance or SACCO.
Proven experience leading a team or in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of credit risk, loan products, and debt recovery procedures.
Familiarity with the local Kakamega area and surrounding regions is an added advantage.
