QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Secondary Education Certificate with Trade Test Grade III or NVA Level II from any recognized Institution. Specializing in Paintingand Sign writing.

REQUIREMENTS

He must possess a certificate as an artisan in panel beating / painting.
He must possess the medical certificate from the hospital.
Three years or more practical experience with traceable reference
He must be mature and responsible
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

Painting and Finishing:
He must have a keen eye for colour matching and knowledge of various finishing techniques, essential for restoring the vehicle’s original appearance.

Key Responsibilities
The Painter will be required to perform the following tasks:
Ensure Health and Safety standards, Regulations and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
Participate in safety meetings.
Ensure tools are available and kept in good condition, and machinery is maintained to the highest standards.
Prepare components/rebuilt equipment for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces to ensure a clean finish.
Sandblasting of components.
Operate a variety of Industrial Paint equipment such as spray guns, brushes, rollers and other tools, ensuring even coverage and flawless finish.
Inspect painted surfaces for quality, addressing any imperfection through touch ups and refinishing as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 Certificate.
Minimum of a Skills Award Level 3 Certificate/ Trade Test Certificate from a recognized institution.
Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar fast-paced environment.
Practicing Member of EIZ.
