Knowledge and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, community accountability monitoring and evaluation, international development, communications, or a related field is required or demonstrated equivalent work experience in the field.

MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a holder of an Advanced Secondary Education Certificate or a Diploma preferably in Law, plus training/certification on military/militia or its equivalent qualifications from recognized institution. The candidate Must also have Aviation Security Screener Training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure proper access control of staff, authorized persons and vehicles to aircrafts
Conduct aircraft security searches and checks as appropriate
Assist in deployment and supervision of security personnel from outsourced security service providers to ensure security of aircraft’s, passengers, baggage, cargo and mail is maximized.
Work closely with respective officers in charge to ensure Revenue Integrity is maintained.
Report and record all incidents in the OB for management follow up

Operating and Process Control
Carrying out the required quality checks as described in the quality control and analysis work practice.
Recording waste on the appropriate documentation or information systems and reviewing waste trends to identify and resolving problems or opportunities timeously.
Resolving out of control situations
Responding rapidly to upstream or downstream triggers that result in stoppages. Appropriate problem-solving approaches, as detailed in the problem-solving work practice must be followed.
Performing housekeeping tasks, applying 5s principles and following safe work practices.
Identifying and correcting unsafe work practices
Assisting fellow team members in the execution of their tasks.
Maintenance of Plant and Equipment
Carrying out deep cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of machines according to the work instructions, and following the schedules supplied by the maintenance planner.

Plan, execute, and oversee equipment build projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
Track project performance using KPIs and report progress to senior management.

Ensure high quality of workmanship in all work done.
Label all machinery.
