Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial gardening
• Understanding of local flora and climate-adapted landscaping
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently across dual premises
• Basic knowledge of horticulture, landscaping design, and organic treatments
• Discretion and reliability—especially within residential environments

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance

Perform minor repairs and report major maintenance needs.
Regularly inspect and ensure the proper functioning of heating, lighting, and alarm systems.
Secure all doors and windows when not in use.
2. Cleaning

Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas, including parking lots, walkways, and entrances.
3. Gardening

Care for office greenery through watering, pruning, and landscaping.
Ensure plants remain healthy and visually appealing.
4. Opening and Closing Duties

Open the office each morning and securely lock it at the end of the day.
