Qualifications

Experience in Program Development and Project Management
Experience in fintech / telecom / mobile distribution
Understanding of mobile payments (Airtel Money, M-Pesa, etc.)
Experience managing field agents, points of sale, or POS
Experience in launching loyalty programs, attracting or activating users
Experience in developing referral schemes, MLM structures or agent programs
Marketing skills, including experience in creating marketing materials and content
Strong Communication and Relationship Management skills
Analytical skills to track and analyze program performance
Familiarity with CRM software and referral program best practices
Proven experience in a similar role is beneficial

Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Setup – Install, configure, and test AV equipment, including projectors, displays, microphones, and conferencing systems.
System Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve AV system issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Event & Meeting Support – Provide on-site technical support for live events, meetings, and conferences.
Equipment Management – Maintain inventory of AV equipment, ensuring proper storage, tracking, and servicing.
Cabling & Connectivity – Handle wiring, terminations, and connections for AV integration with network and control systems.
Reading Schematics & Solution Development – Interpret technical schematics and ensure proposed solutions align with the Bill of Materials (BOM) for seamless integration.
User Training & Support – Assist end-users in operating AV systems and provide basic training when required.
