Responsibilities:
Operations management: Oversee full market operations, set performance targets, manage satellite village rollouts, and generate strategic reports to ensure regional growth.
Stakeholder representation: Act as a key liaison for AzamPesa in the region, managing channel partners, aggregators, and stakeholders to strengthen presence and engagement.

Customer experience: Supervise the ground team to address challenges and enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring effective asset distribution (e.g., biometric machines, signage, posters).
Performance management: Drive team performance through regular daily and monthly reviews with regional sales teams including Aggregators, Wakalas, and Freelancers.
Competitor monitoring: Analyze market trends and competitor activity, delivering insights through structured reporting such as MIT Reports.

Qualifications and Experience
Holder of at least Ordinary Secondary School Certificate (form IV)
Holder of a clean ‘class C’ driving licence and a certificate of basic Vehicle maintenance/mechanics training from a recognised institute: i.e. holders of ‘Trade Test Certificate’
At least 3 years driving experience, in both urban and rural remote, areas. Experience with Natural Resources Conservation Projects will be preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written Kiswahili, and basic functional English.
Must be competent in safe driving techniques with high manual knowledge combined with auto maintenance skills. The ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively is also required.
Experience in working with international NGOs and/or donor-funded programmes will have an added advantage.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in agricultural international sales, especially in export/import or B2B industries.
Proven success in cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to secure international clients
Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and cross-border logistics is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) is advantageous.

At least two years of General Ledger and high-volume accounting experience required prior Hotel / Resort experience preferred

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

Answering phones and emails.
Completing entry-level bookkeeping, including recording expenses, organizing receipts, and completing other transaction records.
Resolving billing issues with clients and internal team members.
Providing account access, usage reports, data analysis, and other ad hoc requests for team members.
Supporting quality assurance checks of various internal and client facing reporting.
