Roles & Responsibilities
•Support investigation, prosecution and closure of fraud cases by setting specific timeliness according to the complexity of the fraud. Ensure timely investigation, report submission and closure of pending fraud cases by setting specific timeliness according to the complexity of the fraud.
•Support police investigations on fraudulent incidences as well as participate in court proceedings as the Banks representative.
•Put in place a fraud risk assessment and technology-based management information systems to assist in fraud identifications, fraud detection prevention.

•Professional Qualifications; – CDPSE, CISA, CIGEIT, (Registered by ISACA).
•Other qualifications; – MBA, Data Analytics, Cyber security (CEH).
•3 to 4 years of experience in similar positions or in risk management external and/or Internal Audit.
•Experience in Risk Management or Audit, Report Writing, Cyber security and Data Analytics.

Assignment requirements
Required experience
Form four students who has the certificate in any course in community development, science, social work.
Experience in applied analytics, business intelligence, information management, statistics, project management and Fundraising , stakeholder management or related area is required. Experience in using data to advance decisions, strategies and execution is required. Experience with self-service analytics and data visualization applications .
Required education level
Master degree or undergraduate degree or Certificate in in computer science, social work , data science, analytics, statistics, information management, public administration, business management or a related field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the collection, verification, and analysis of programmatic data from supported sites
Assist in preparing and submitting reports for key indicators across various reporting platforms (e.g., DHIS2, Macro 3, Power BI, and SharePoint)
Help in tracking performance indicators and updating regional monitoring tools
Participate in routine data quality assessments and site support activities
Collaborate with program and M&E staff to follow up on missing or inconsistent data
Qualifications
To be successful, you will have:
A degree or diploma in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Previous experience (internship or volunteer) in MEL or data management is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of export sales experience, preferably in the cement, construction materials, FMCG or heavy manufacturing sectors.

3. Strong understanding of cross-border logistics, international trade regulations, and export documentation processes.

4. Experience working with markets in Mozambique, Comoros, Madagascar, and other East African countries is highly preferred.

5. Fluency in English is required; Portuguese and/or French is a strong advantage.

Main Duties
Be available to work on-call, including weekends and public holidays.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on technical equipment and systems.
Lead and mentor junior technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
Requirements:
Minimum Form IV education (Certificate of Secondary Education).
Vocational training or certification in agricultural machinery operation is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience operating agricultural harvesting machinery.
Familiarity with mechanical sugarcane harvesters (e.g., Case IH, John Deere).
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and repair.
