Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The purpose of this role is to operate a low bed to support of mining operations by transporting earth slow moving equipment’s and materials using a specialized low-bed trailer, ensuring safe loading and unloading procedures, and adhering to strict safety regulations and communication protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of Secondary School Education.
NIT Certificate
The incumbent must have a valid Tanzanian driving license class C, D, E & F.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years of working experience in Mining or related fields.

Key Accountabilities
Solution sales to new and existing customers & Relationship Management.
Achieve agreed sales target for customers (upgrades and new to bank), new accounts, assets and liabilities and any other products as may be assigned.
Conduct a detailed need analysis for all existing and potential customers to determine which product will suit their needs
Ensure proactive selling of alternative delivery channels (internet banking, insurance products, etc.) to all clients
Based on proactive sales or leads referred from other sources, ensure contacts to potential new customers are done and offer them packaged financial solutions based on a detailed assessment of their needs.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or its equivalent
4 and above years of banking experience (preferably from Branch)
Broad knowledge of banking practice (Product knowledge) and bank regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer, with exposure to multiple layers of the software stack.
Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development.
Prior experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
