Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Transport.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in transport and logistics field.
Valid Practicing License from Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Excellent analytical skills.
Good time management abilities.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar operation (tailings/metallurgical plant).

Cataloguing and indexing of new books
Maintain circulation records and make reserves on requested books
Manage library data and reports utilizing library software systems
Maintain library materials including bibliographic and other library files

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 Certificate including Mathematics and English.
Minimum of an earned Trade Test Level 1 Certificate in Cosmetology from an accredited and reputable training Institution.
Computer literate and must be conversant in Microsoft Office package.
Must have a Teaching Methodology Certification.
At least one (01) year of work experience as a trainer at tertiary training institution

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in the management of the overall financial control environment to identify, control and escalate potential risks.
Provide appropriate leadership, coaching, supervision and guidance to the Team.
Assist the Chief Accountant in managing the Company’s Treasury, Receivables and Payables.
Spearhead submission of returns and payment of statutory obligations.
Work with auditors to ensure accurate and complete audit documents are kept and availed.
Assist with the preparation of various Budgets.
Spearhead the payroll management, to ensure full compliance to regulations and company policy.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL COMPETENCIES

Preferred Professional Qualifications

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia or equivalent).
Must be a registered member of ZICA.
Knowledge / Experience
