What we’re looking for

A Tanzanian who holds a Bachelor’s Degree. You must have graduated from an Accredited University within East Africa with excellent academic performance records. 1-hour exam on your best subject will be assessed to prove your competency for teaching A-level.
Minimum of Three (3) years of teaching experience for Advanced Level with an outstanding performance from top performing schools.
Strong ability to deliver NECTA curriculum content using modern teaching methods and strategies that support a competency-based approach to learning and assessments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as a medium of instruction. You will be assessed on your English competency.

Eligibility Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement or adult behavior change initiatives.
Familiarity with rural community dynamics and experience working with government counterparts.
Willingness to work in Tabora and travel to rural schools regularly.

Leadership Experience: At least four (4) years of academic leadership experience in a secondary school setting, preferably from top-tier schools within East Africa.
Curriculum Delivery: Demonstrates strong ability to effectively deliver the NECTA curriculum using modern, learner-cantered teaching methods and strategies that support competency-based learning and assessments.
