QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree and/or Diploma holders in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, Science, Math, Development or related field Teaching qualifications or experience in education support roles
Teaching qualification or experience in education support roles
Experience working with children aged 3-18
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Multitasking abilities and sound judgment skills
Emotional intelligence and ability to handle children’s emotional needs
Ability to prepare simple meals for children
Driver’s license (is an added advantage but not a requirement)

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Essential:

A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related field
3+ years of industry experience in IT infrastructure support or administration.
Strong working knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, networking, and scripting (e.g. PowerShell).
Familiarity with antivirus, backup systems, and ITIL service management.
Practical experience managing cloud-based systems or tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to document processes and fixes clearly.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

*Teach and model the ways of Christ and the gospel.
*Constant supervision of residents in the home.
*Ensure that the home is clean, well-organized, and maintains an atmosphere conducive to family life.
*Organize and keep a daily time table for the residents that includes chores, meal times, school, recreation, devotions, study time, bath, washing and bed time.

Qualifications and certifications, Experience and Skills required.
A Secondary School Certificate.
A certificate in food preparation and handling or relevant training in food production.
3 minimum years of experience as a cook in a professional kitchen environment preferably schools, hospitals or kitchens that prepared food for more than 100 people in one cooking.
Ability to prepare Tanzanian African meals.
Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
