2.2.2 Qualifications

Internship Program
Selection criteria for internship program

Must be Tanzanian.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from recognized National Universities.
Must provide a letter from the university and a copy of a student ID.
Current academic scores must reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.

Qualifications / Experience Required

Professional experience in NGOs or any other agency dealing with human rights and legal and PIIM engagement. A degree will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of international human rights standards, especially the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the UN Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights, and IFC Performance Standards.
Eight years of relevant professional experience in extractive industries, including considerable experience in developing economies and international organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
