Position Overview: This role focuses on managing credit and savings accounts for clients, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing exceptional customer service. You will analyze financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow the Super Agent network.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key agents.
Monitor agent performance and provide support to drive sales and service excellence.
Train and motivate Super Agents to achieve business targets.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in channel management or sales.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years of work experience in product management, sales, marketing, or related fields.
Core Responsibilities:
Implement and execute merchant onboarding strategies, blending direct channels with partnership-driven approaches to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify untapped opportunities, expanding geographical coverage and tailoring acquisition efforts to high-potential regions and industries.
Develop and roll out comprehensive training programs to equip merchants with the knowledge and tools to maximize the Lipa Kwa Simu platform’s benefits, ensuring rapid adoption and operational success.
Define and track critical KPIs to measure success of various onboarding channels and guide strategic adjustments.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Financial Services.

Core Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Credit and Savings products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Develop initiatives to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to facilitate product discussions, checklists, and launches.

Ensure timely communication with partners regarding access renewals and daily operational activities.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in product operations.
Support the automation of operational processes and streamline workflows for efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Understanding of education principles and teaching
Skilled in teaching literacy and numeracy.

Qualification requirements

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Health System (OHS)
NOSHC certificate/NEBOSH Certificate
Certificate III/IV on Occupational Health and Safety
Experience and competencies needed.

Minimum of 3 years mining experience preferably from process plant
Decisiveness.
Ability to hold other employees accountable.
Able to show initiative and take responsibility for safety programs.
Working knowledge of Safety and Health Management Systems and ISO 45001:2018.

Civil Engineer Responsibilities

Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner
Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
Assess potential risks, materials, and costs

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales manager or assigned staff with all tasks and client-related activities.
Conduct client research and gather insights through client interactions.
Attend meetings, workshops, exhibitions and events related to sales.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company’s managers.
Update sales records and sales records.
Qualifications
High school certificate Certificate or diploma in marketing is an added advantage.
Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
Proficient in CRM tools with strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
Resilient under pressure and comfortable with rejection.
